I downloaded some songs on xbox live, but my 360 died and i had to send it off for repair. When it returned none of my downloaded songs will play unless i am connected to the internet. how can i fix this?
I sent my XBOX 360 in for repair at the end of November.They sent meback anewreplacementin about three weeks, and everything was seemingly fine. I could play my games and all was fine! However, I tried to play a DVD and it said that the DVD's region code was wrong for the system. I called Microsoft and they said they would repair itand something about sending a game in apologies.
I have a question though, how can my 360 play NTSC games but not DVDs? And shouldn't they have checked the console for full functionality?
my 360 crossed over about 3 weeks ago... it stopped showing video but i never got the red rings.i was still covered with with the warranty. I sent it last Thursday, and hopefully i get it back soon! before Christmas vacation.
