Its not just her. Almost everyone around me is critical of my choice to work there. Its starting to get to me. Like deep underneath my skin. But I guess its kinda funny that she is halfway through her sophmore year and has no clue of what her major is going to be.
A few days ago at work this girl I knew came in. She asked me how Ive been. I tell her that I might be getting promoted to Supervisor of my department. Her response was to laugh at me and walk off. It is probably cause I work at Walmart and Im not going to college yet. Im saving up. But is that even an apprortate response? Whats wrong with working to save up for college? She said that her parents are paying for all her expenses. At least Im contributing to funding my education.
I work at a Walmart. And I dont get treated like crap. The mangers at my store have created a fun work environment. I even get thank you cards in the mail.
Ive got WEP set up. But the speed is the only thing that bothers me. It will go up and down constantly. Despite the signal strength being excellent at all times.
My wireless internet connection has been kinda slow the last few weeks. I have firewall on but it says that its an unsecure connection. What is up with that? Do you think someone is leeching my connection?
I was thinking about getting into the legal assisting field. Law is just something Ive always been interested in. I was just wondering if thats a good career or if I should aim higher and become a lawyer.
