It's more likely to be announced as a handheld title, and I don't see that happening myself. Is it that popular? No matter how good anyone says it is, I just can't see it making a leap to the Wii.Raiko101

Actually should Camelot decide to make a new Golden Sun the Wii is the most likely platform. The original production team that created Golden Sun has largely left the company and the team they have in place right now all have most of their experience in creating wii titles. They even created Issac in Smash Bros Brawl on the Wii. Camelot has finished its golf game and is now working on a RPG whether that is Golden Sun or something else entirely is not known.

I am hoping it is Golden Sun though if it is I still have a couple years to wait until they finish it. I wish they they would push the game into full next gen, PS3 or 360 and really bring out everything it could be.

Bleachfreak7's idiotic comments aside their is genuine hope for Golden Sun 3.

It is unfortunate that Camelot has stated that most of the members that developed the original golden 1 & 2 had left the company after development had finished. However they claim to have since reestablished a team capable of making an RPG. With We Love Golf finished Camelot claims to have started on an RPG as it's next project. Whether that RPG is golden sun is unknown but if it is you can almost guaranty that it well be coming out on the Wii. With Camelots 2D team gone an its new team with expertise on the Wii as well as Issac making an appearance on said console via Smash Bro's Brawl the Wii seems to be the most logical choice for Golden Sun 3.

That said I still want to see it in glorious high poly, 1080 p on a PS3.

I know the picture is a fake but i've played the demo. E3 announced it about 2 years ago. It should be out next year. I'm completely sure if it will be out next year though.Bleachfreak7

Golden Sun 3 was not announced ever, no less two years ago.

It is impossible that you could have played any sort of demo as Camelot has a single development team and they have been working on We Love Golf , not to mention the fact that having claimed to have played this demo you still do not know what platform it is on.

I am thoroughly unimpressed, there are many people who genuinely want to play a third Golden Sun but claiming to have played it 2 years ago at the most heavily documented game expo in the world is just stupid.
