Would my portable pc be able to run fallout 3 fluent?

You know that menu when you for example register for a forum and they ask for name/adress etc... Well i got to fill in a website for school with that same layout and i need to get all the answers in a Word doc too. So it would be very handy if i do not have to copy/paste every word in every bar. I need a program that automaticaly puts what I type in a text document.
