Hey thanks, this was a very nice visual on how the PS3 is doing. And yes some of the exclusives are false, but it really does not matter. Sony has by far the better console. Im sure all you hardcore gamers have read the article titled "10 reasons why the PS3 will win this console generation". It points out a lot of great material. I believe the single greatest advantage the PS3 has over the Xbox is Blu-Ray. Being able to hold 4x more data than the xbox discs, developers are definetly going to use that to their advantage, plus xbox cant even utilize the hard drive in their expensive model, because it doesnt come standard on the cheaper model. Look, I definetly consider myself a Sony Fanboy, but there is a reason for that, and it is basically because Sony does not screw around when it comes to their systems. Need i remind everyone that the PS2 is STILL outselling every other console, yes, even the Wii. Oh and lets not forget the God of War franchise, does anyone know how sweet GOWIII will be on the PS3? can you say Epic?? Later! Actually it only has "9 Reasons" ! WHY? because mr.brian spice things up a lil bit... Reasons #3 and #4 are basically the same, he would've just called it : BLU-RAY. Casino Royale??..WTF. Obviously he made it up so he could get 10 reasons instead of 9.
sorry but most games in that vid are not OUT yet!.. so yeah you cant have those games until maybe later this year or early 2008. It's not a rocket science to understand that current PS3 games library is lacking, not to mention more and more devs are currently making more games on x360 simply due to its bigger marketshare. It really doesn't mean you won't get more games for PS3 but it is expanding at slower rate until the console reach 5-6 million sold worldwide. (currently about 2 million sold with only 30+ games in the market)
i used to play on Kai.. most ppl play on the weekends, but not as crowd as the xbl off course. Halo2 players were much easier to find. Just make sure to open a port (forgot the number) on your router, it can be a little bit tricky but it can done if you follow the instruction carefully. Is your "new" xbox modded? if so then it would be much easier to setup.
