@korvus: Thank you!

@DigitalDame : No it was my adblock , although its a bit shame i have to disable it. I really hate ads and would rather pay a small fee. Still i can enable it partially :D

@vampyren: I'm having the same problem from Firefox. Stopped using Chrome on Windows after it was discovered that one can't disable webRTC and it leaks IPs all over the place. Totally insecure.

hehe That's google for you :) also i cant live without adblock and downloadhelper.

Gamespot dont abuse the ads but man some sites are just not readable without adblock, all the moving gift and sounds can make me mad.

@edgework: Cool it actually works once i disable adblock. I was doing some more test here using safe mode. I love adblock since it stops all the nasty moving images that irritate the hell our of me :D but i guess you guys make it harder to use adblock hehe

I would love to pay for the site to get rid of ads but i prefer ign for paying since they have so much more gaming guides. Not sure even if gamespot has payed version without ads?

Thanks for the help.

hmm i think you guys are right! I reported actually another bug today:

http://www.gamespot.com/forums/bug-reporting-feedback-1000006/not-able-to-click-on-links-from-firefox-31881076/

This comment section problem seems to be related to Firefox! Now that i'm home and i tested my own link in Safari and i can see the comments.

Why is there so much issues with Firefox? doesnt Gamespot test the site with the most popular browsers? I cant even click on any links from the main pain. Now i have to select open in new tab just to open a link. Please fix the problem instead of blaming Firefox. Its not like any other site has these issues.

@edgework:

Thanks for the reply. Now that i'm hope i tested it on a second laptop (work was a pc, home i use macbook pro). To be honest I dont use that many plug-ins (just adblock, downloadhelper and download manager) and if it was a bug wouldn't other sites have the issue? I'm a heavy user so its not like i dont visit other sites :)

Its a easy way to put blame on the browser but did you guys test it properly yourself? How do you come to this conclusion?

If this really is a FF bug please report it to Mozilla, they are pretty fast in fixing things. Its much better if a big site like gamespot report (together with your findings/proof).

@killerk1ng; Sorry to say but your answer is pretty silly, how does this help me? yes i know of Chrome and no i don't want to change browser. What happens next time another site has problem with Chrome? jump to IE? Anyway lets focus on the issue and fix it (hopefully).

Hi,

I noticed i cant click on any links from the main page:
http://www.gamespot.com/

I can open them if i select open link in other tab but clicking them wont do anything from main page.
It works from IE but using latest firefox wont work.

Hi,

This topic is maybe not 100% gaming related but still i feel it's the place to post. Please don't kill me if you feel otherwise. I'm fine if its moved to another section.

Anyway the reason i post this is as the title says: my plea for "Stop disabling the comments"

Let me explain, i think its fun to read articles and comment on them and get responses back from other fellow gamers. Sure there are some childish comments that sometime go out of bound and become insults but that's something for the moderators to take care of. Today i feel everyone are being punished for the actions of a few.
In recent days/weeks there has been several articles i commented on only to find the comments disabled (in this case only after a day), ex: http://www.gamespot.com/articles/we-launched-xbox-one-at-the-right-time-says-micros/1100-6425456/?hubRefSrc=email#lf_comment=274942210

This really annoys me since people reply to my comments and i'm not able to reply back. I feel like why do i even comment in the first place. If Gamespot will continue this path i just ignore the comments section all together but i'm not sure Gamespot really like people to stop commenting all together?

Or am i wrong in my assumption?
If would be nice if someone from Gamespot could share some thoughts here.

As for everyone else, what do you guys think or feel about it?

Waoo the solution was to simple that i missed it :) Actually it is very strange that it works like this but i got it working. What i did "wrong" was this. On my old PS3 i had made a user called "SHADOW", on my new PS3 i create a user "Shadow" It seems the account is connected to the exact username and its case sensitive. I tried the whole day reading forums and testing and just noticed myself the username was different and thought what the hell it dont hurt to test even crazy ideas and what do you know :) Thanks anyway for the help.

Hi,

I been googling and searching in the forum but dont seem to find any answer for my problem so you guys are my last hope.

Yesterday i bought a new PS3 slim to replace my old PS3 (fat version). I made a backup from old PS3 to HDD and made a restore on the new PS3. I also deactivated my old PS3 and logged out from PSN.
On the new PSN i made a restore from the HDD and tried to login in to PSN using my existing account of course.

Now the problem is i always get the "The sign-in ID (e-mail address) or password is incorrect."
I check my account with old PS3 and it works but with the new one it refuses. I even tried to reset password (which i know is correct since i can log in using old PS3 but it didnt work, complain about my birth date).

Both system are using 3.66 firmware.So do you guys have any idea what i can or should do?
