I was watching this TGS trailer from drag-on dragoon 3, and something sounded so similar, hard to put my fionger on it, and then I thought, Sounds just like the legendary music from NEIR.

Keiichi Okabe

is composing the entire game, which is incredible. I would go as far to say that neir had the best soundtrack of all time, and this could rival it.
