7400 to run the latest games?? U crazy?? I have an 7600GS and I can't play all games at 1280 x 1024. NFS Carbon is running in 20 fps (30 should be the minimum) on 1024x768 max details. So,if u wanna to run all the latest games u should buy at least an 7900GS or an ATI X1950Pro.
