In IGN´s latest Podcast Beyond, episode11 , they bring up 2K Game's Bioshock. On minute 43:57, IGN states:

From what I have seen from Killzone 2 and Halo 3, I would have to say that Killzone 2 beings more to the table than Halo 3.
