So I have been playing NSMB Wii lately, and I am almost done with the 4th world. The game overall is more of the same as other 2D Mario platformers, but in this case, it's a good thing. I do see many similarities with older games, such as New Super Mario Bros. DS (overall look, level design), Super Mario World (Yoshis, some level designs) and especially Super Mario Bros. 3 (Koopa Kids, the airship level, other level designs, usage of map items, some of the minigames, etc.), but I have to say the multiplayer is where it's at. I only played a bit with my sis (who's the only one I can play with when she's around), but it's a lot of fun. Expect a review when I'm done. And I also wanted to say thanks to everyone who came out for my 20K post party both in OT and here in my blog. I'd personally like to thank: MistressMinako, double_decker, Travo_basic, 2ndWonder, JustPlainLucas, horgen123, Cutekitten6_18, everyone who posts in RC, and anyone else I might have forgotten to mention.
