now its giving me a direct x error or another msvcr90 dll error. and i too downloaded the file and all of my drivers are updated along with the latest version of direct x :cry:

I had the exact same problem. I talked to microsoft support and Activision support, that didn't help. I downloaded the file from Dll files and it still didnt work. I ended up getting it to work myself. I went to my computer, right clicked on the disk drive which the dvd was in, went to explore and ran the setup from there(setup .exe I think it was). First time it didnt work, second time it installed fine.

ok i just got CoD 2 for Pc and when i try to run the setup it says it cant find the msvcr90 library and i have to exit out. can anyone help me out here?
