I'm looking for a good online game besides Call of Duty 4 for PS3. I have a 100 Wal-Mart gift card and would like to purchase 2 online games. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I just bought the PS3 this morning (MGS4 Bundle ), but did not purchase the warranty. Is there any way to purchase it still? If not, what are the odds of my PS3 malfunctioning? Also, are there any tips on maintaining the life span of the PS3? I take every measure to try and maintain the life span of my Xbox 360 and Wii and I wish to do the same with my brand new Playstation 3. My friend and I are looking for a great online game for the PS3 with a good sized community. plasma TV's are better than LCD too, the colours are more natural and it is better quality too.
