Arkham City and my love for this game.

First of all, I don't own this game, and never have. So to complete it was quite a task. Secondly; I completed it on PS3. I own a 360. It was fun as hell to see how different Asylum were (On 360) to City (PS3) I've been in love with Batman: AA, since it's birth. Proudly telling tails of how good in it's class it is, and simply amazing (Much like a parent) it is all round. But, Arkham City was born. The "Better" and "More loved" child, some might say. I only got a chance at playing this when I offered to walk my cousin's dog's, as her fiancé owns the game. And so every weekend would head off with nothing else in my mind, other than Batman. Let me tell you, this game was worth the 12 pounds of dog poo I was shoveling a week. So, if you're contemplating buying it because you are strapped for cash.. buy it. It will pay for itself with fond memories of [spoiler alert]'s death and [spoiler alert]'s capture. First of all; the gameplay. I've never wanted more enemies to climb out of the wood works in all my life! You'll find yourself, at first, challenging 4-5 guys with a bit of a struggle. But by the end? You'll be fighting 10, 20, or 30 guys, many with body armor, taser sticks, knives, and guns. And you'll whoop their asses each time. Because this game makes you feel like the ultimate badass (As any Batman experience should). You run across rooftops with ease. Something many games have tried, and failed to implement. Your Batarang is a sharp, bat-shaped, claw-of-the-law. You'll start off with only a few weapons, but as most games do, you end up with more than can fit in your snug little utility belt.

Although AA was a cluster **** of all things beautiful, City seems to surpass it's older sibling, and butt **** the hell out of all things magnificent; in the looks department. I constantly found myself amazed, saying "Oh my god, look at how sexy Batman looks!" with nothing but heterosexual thoughts in mind. One thing these games are always strong in, is the story-line. Not only is everything else in the game top-notch, kick you in the crotch, fantastic, but so is the story! Something very rare to ever happen! They made a good looking, playing game, WITH an interesting, provocative, and cream pants inducing story! I believe that everyone should own this game. In short - It is amazing.

Never before have I loved something so much. That's including my long-term girlfriend. THAT'S RIGHT!

My first University Grade aaaaaaaaaaaaaand.....

I got a first!

Well, technically I got an A4.
It goes:
A1, A2, A3, A4 - and so on. The A's are all First; the best grades you can get. But the number determines how high your grade is within that boundary. A1 being the heighest..

Nobody thought I could do it! Most people on my course seemed to think I was an idiot! But I did well... better than most of them. In fact, all but 3 of them.

It feels good to know you're succeeding at something new. I don't know much about computer programming, but it's awesome to know I'm picking it up quickly.

That's all. My yearly rant is over.

See ya!

Done with my second year of college and... all is good!

So everything is done now.
Am now applying for jobs left right and center.
Got accepted at the uni I wanted on the course I wanted (Provided I get the grades) and now I just have to wait until the 18th of August to see if anything good is going to come of college.
Weirdly, it's been a strange year. So amazing having surpassed everyone's expectations of me, though. My photography teacher expected me to get a D/E because of my poor grades last year and am now expecting a C, that's only because most of my work last year was so bad that it has pulled my overall grade down, otherwise all my work this year is at an A/B grade and so would have had a better mark!

All in all, even if I don't get into my firm choice uni, I'll definitely get into my insurance (As it's a foundation course. Only need an E in graphics. Predicted a B) I'll do a year of that then move onto the uni that's closer to me, hopefully!

Boring rant, I guess. That nobody will ever read. But it's nice to get Sh*t out there.

Education is a B*tch

I'm starting my second year of college next week, hopefully I'll be getting loads of B's to get me into Uni xP my problem is, I want to do Games Design Technology, but I don't know if it's interesting. I think there's good money it it, and it looks fun. I would like anyone's opinion who does anything within that region to tell me if it's worth going into xD

peace and love, ahehehe
