for 40 more dollars you could get this card which from what i've read and seen is way fasterhttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150330&Tpk=xfx%20260%20black%20editionits also the card i'll most likely be getting when I get a new computer.

Hi, I'm considering getting this card along with a quad core processor. I was wondering if my resolution will be 1440x900 if i'll be able to run crysis on very high smoothly or not? Any help would be great.

Also if you own the card, what has been your experience with it?

i'm not going to overclock it at all. Just wondering about the larger cache, does that do anything?

A little more input would be appreciated. I know its better but it is also more expensive, how good of a value is it? Is it worth it?

I'm having a hard time picking a processor for a gaming computer that is going to be built. At first I was going to just get a intel e8400 but I think getting a quad would help in the upcoming games. Now though I can't decide between the Q9400 or Q9550. Besides being a roughtly 220 mhz clock speed there is also a bigger cache? Does this help at all with gaming. Any help would be great.

This seems to be a rare resolution though from what i've seen. Is this resolution widely supported?
