That's partially true for copies imported from the US or Asia. The "workaround" is quite simple in creating another PSN account for the region which your game was purchased. Online passes from UK versions however are most certainly redeemable via our store so such games can be played on your original PSN account. DLC can also be purchased via the use of region-specific prepaid PSN cards.

Or you could create a US PSN account and purchase it from the US Store.

Or you could import a region-free retail copy for your Playstation 3.

This changes nothing for the "savvy" gamer. Importing is still the more viable option IMO due to our absurd retail prices.

Resident Evil's slow death commenced with 4. Prior to that it was unadulterated bliss.

The US doesn't trade with communist countries? *Facepalm* You do realise who America's 2nd largest trade partner is, right? o_O The US doesn't trade with an enemy regime? They did pretty well trading with Saddam even after going to war with him in 90/91. Heck, they were even kind enough to leave the guy in power despite the US themselves acknowledging that he'd used chemical weapons on his own civilians.

Perhaps it's time to put down the control pad and pick up a text book or two. Learn the history of US foreign relations in the Middle East, especially in regards to Iran. You may be surprised to discover why the US is currently in Afghanistan and Iraq when 15 of the 19 alleged hijackers who apparently perpetrated the September 11 attacks were from SAUDI ARABIA. Where are Afghanistan and Iraq located in relation to Iran? I guess that's just a coincidence.

1. The "nation" of israel is actually occupied Palestinian land. The sooner the "state" of israel is abolished better off the middle east will be. It is merely an imperial foot-hold and the sole reason it is despised. Arabs and Jews got along relatively well prior to israel's creation in 1948. A hell of a lot better than they do now.2. All zionists will label you anti-semetic when you criticise anything Jewish-related. FYI: I'm not anti-semetic but I certainly am anti-zionist.3. The United States and Britannia were responsibile for placing Saddam in power during 1979 to begin with. Incidently enough this just happend to be the year the US and Britannia's puppet government in Iran was overthrown. Then less than a year later both financed Iraq's invasion and continued war with Iran. The US is notorious for sponsoring dictators like Saddam and Gaddafi... as long as they do as they're told and supply resources at friendly, discounted prices. Why do you think both maintained power for so long without any demands from the US for "Freedom" or "Democracy" despite the world knowing how harsh both had been to their respective civilians? US Interests > Freedom + Democracy.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_support_for_Iraq_during_the_Iran%E2%80%93Iraq_war

Your "argument" is so nonsensical and ignorant that I dare not bother with a serious reply. So I'll pose this question instead: Are you parents aware that you're up past your bedtime watching Fox News? o_O

Much appreciated. Now let me return the favour and give you a history lesson:

6 August 1945: The single most devastating act of terrorism the world has ever seen.

9 August 1945: The second most devastating act of terrorism the world has ever seen.

Carried out by whom? The same country that feels it has the right to dictate who can possess such weapons and the only country to ever use such weapons on civilians.

Please educate me as to how many countries Iran has attacked since WWII. And how many has the almighty, all-seeing Red, White and Blue? You do realise which two countries border Iran, right? It's funny that how 15 of the 19 supposed highjackers that apparently carried out 911 were Saudi nationals yet America ends up invading the two countries that border Iran. Tying up loose ends perhaps?http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1953_Iranian_coup_d'état
