Just built my new gaming rig,all up and running but using a 8400gs as the graphics card for the next two weeks until the new Gforce 280GTX gets released then I am buying 2x 280GTX cards and running them in SLI.

cheack the box (left side of box) that the console came in. if it says FGUA or watever and the lot # is 0723 or higher, it most likely has it. mine saya FGUA 0725

Yeah i just checked the left side of the box it came in,and it says LOT NO 0711 and it was from TEAM CSON and the date is 11th march 2007,it's not the numbers that you mentioned so it doesn't look good,i hope my new elite doesn't have the old 360 hardware in,doesn't all elites have a different motherboard to the other 360's.
