It's a fun game, but after ahwile, the only thing i found myself doing was going on rampages with cheats. So i guess I found it repetitive after ahwile.
Depends on which genre you like more, but i really like the Half-Life series because of it's characters and its very deep, interesting, and sometimes downright confusing backstory.
