no, it wasn't an OFFICIAL party, just something my girlfriend's friend decided to do at his house last night. He thought it'd be cool to invite a bunch of people to just try out the game and skip school tomorrow.  and my girlfriend thought it would be her chance to 'convert' me to xbox fan by inviting me.

well.... the time passed. no Halo 3.... we waited. 1 hour... 2 hours. we got on Bungie.net's forum, people were PISSED, and understandable so. I ended up being the only one defending Microsoft in the end and saying they are working hard to fix it. *sighs*

here's what NOT to do.

1... Don't make people BUY a game so they can get the demo for next. goes for Enix as well

2... do NOT piss off your most loyal fanbase when you want to win a console war.

3... EXTEND the Beta period. for god sake, 3 weeks??? 

4... DO NOT say "The wait ends" on the website banner when you can't even deliver it to potentially 500K people who bought Crakedown to get Halo beta.

as for now, still no Halo 3. Well, not that I even like Halo, but as a fan of games, I do understand why people are pissed. Hope they get Halo 3 beta FIXED SOON!
