@M0N7YPY7H0N Yeah but it matters to YOU or you wouldn't have posted. How would delaying increase illegal copies??? It might actually make some of the pirates buy legit copies.
@sirchick Alright, tell me how $1B sales correlates to Piracy hurts the industry?. The only good point you make is about great games, and great AAA games always sell well. Piracy hurts the smaller dev companies, especially single player games on PC. So yeah your stupid point doesn't even make sense, just cause taketwo does well doesn't mean smaller devs aren't suffering.
@mikepp83 Rofl you pirates will say anything to justify piracy, your just saying that to discredit's TakeTwo's strat. And try to blame piracy on console gamers lol!. alright people pirate any platform.
Truth is there is a big percentage(no i dont have figures) who would buy games if they could not get a pirate version.and for those that won't buy real copies, any delay to them getting games is worth it, so they'll be bitter others playing the games.
@Lhomity OMG you are so arrogant. We "do get it" maybe its you that doesn't get it. Car Manufacturers DO compete with their own "retailers". Dealerships sell used car trade-ins alongside new cars.
"Exploiting Devs, Publishers and Consumers" Laugh Out Loud!!! Noone is being exploited, Consumer sells their game after they're done to get some money back. The other parties already made their money on initial sale.
Guess ppl like you won't be happy until we get a steam style system.
@deadpeasant This is one of those feel good studies that points out gaming is becoming more inclusive; At least thats what they want you to think. You can include MikeDrawsALot with them. The study is being deceptive, they prob just mean mothers buying games for their kids and and you're right casual facebook or mobile phone games. The hardcore audience is Men and boys
