Daigasso! Band Bros.

Import this game and become the msot popular person ever in your area. I have a small locla reputation amongst the gamestops and electronics stores for putting songs on their local machines if they didn't make the DS go stright to game at launch. I have actually seen people play the song I put on it and then go up to a sales rep asking for it. I also noticed that my local best buy started importing the game because of my shennaigans and the local gamestops stopped letting people use the download function cause it kept making people mad to play it but not be able to buy it :D

If you don't want that then I'd suggest sword of mana for a nice simple hack and s;ash rpg with a sweet item system. It wasn't really my syle of game to begin with but many of my friends loved it. It's diablo to go! Only cute and cuddly...

@Sir Spudly: Front mission 1 for the SNES was a tactical turn based rpg along the lines of Tactics Ogre and FFTA for the gba. It is NOT an rts. It is still turn based and is an rpg with leveling characters that grow and change depending on what weapons they use frequently and what skills you make them learn. I know this because it is one of my personal favroites.

You might have confused the game metal marines with front mission. Metal marines was an rts where you built up a base on one island, you opponent was on the other, and you launched attacks at them with either missles or metal marines and built bunkers and anti-missle missle launchers for defense. It's an ok game, more for serious fans of rtses and those with a bit of patience. I find the interface a bit clunky and the game itself is difficult to find a decent balance of how to build you bases but I enjoy it. Someone who doesn't share my love of rtses will probably get veryfrustrated with this game.

The RPG I most want to see is Front Mission:Gun Hazard. This was a side-scrolling rpg where you played as one of those giant mechs and stomped through many levels and boss fights, constantly getting better mechs and weapons and even gaining a couple of allies, some of whom can even fight alongside you or provide cover fire in intense moments. A fun game that never came here and would make a great addition to any action or rpg or mech gamer's library.

And for all fo you who voted for terranigma: /applause. I thought I was alone in liking that game.
