Portal 2 (best in terms of 'Co-Operative' play as you really need to be constantly communicating to figure out some of the harder puzzles. awesome fun and sense of appcomplishment.)

Borderlands 2 (great shoot & loot fun with a friend. prepare to fight over the drops)

are my favourite, both great single player too.
