Games i'd think would be cool if they were made on the DS (by the way, this is just my top three, not in any particular order):
Gunstar Legends (Treasure) - The story of how Gunstar White (the old man in the original game) encounters and defeats Golden Silver for the first time. It'd have more weapon pick-ups than the original, but still maintain that cartoony look.
Gears of War DS (Epic) - This game would have all the elements of the original, plus any new maneuvers available in Gears 2. Fast-paced, with lots of blood... and a few added weapons. The story would focus on events leading up to Marcus Fenix's' imprisonment, and the start of the original game. This game would push the DS' technical capabilities to the limits!
Streets of Rage 4 (Sega) - For the first time since 1994... the game would let you choose from Axel, Blaze, Skate, or Max (sorry, never liked Zan at all) and would take place in 1997. Awesome soundtrack, Mania difficulty, and four-player WiFi co-op to be included. Mild blood would come out of enemies if shot by a pistol pick-up or hit with an item.
Of course there are way more games I could describe, but three's good for now...
