the backgrounds seem to be more detailed, but come on gamespot, these comparisons (dark-light background, closeby-overview) aren't exactly fair.

Among the last 5 games i've played on my american ps2 (i'm european) were : Parasite eve, Vandal hearts and Final Fantasy 6. And it is kind of sad to say that some of the ps1 games still beat most ps2 games by far in fun, story and gameplay! 1 year ago I was absolutely thrilled about the ps3 having BC and being region free... so I could safely store my ps2's and keep all the good games they've come up with the past decade. Now, i just don't know... gonna wait till the bc is completed by downloads??? MANY THANKS SONY!!!!
