I'm having a problem with my avatar, I have change the avatar a while back and it did change but when i comment on reviews or videos the old avatar is the one that shows not the new one

I changed 4th time Alredy all icons image set but when i'm posting comment on news pages threads etc i got Warcraft icon form 2008 year when i 1st tiem choosed what iwanted. Can somebody fix it? or how i can fix it?
