I am pumped for this system. Nintendo games in HD? Yes please! I don't care what other people say about how the next XBox will be SO much more powerful (same with the PS), and I highly doubt that they will be vastly more powerful as they were to the Wii. I could rant on how the next gen consoles won't vastly overpower the Wii U, but I'll save that for a blog or something later.
I personally think that this shows potential promise, as a remake. I don't think that this will be considered a new Pokemon game, even though that is what Nintendo is trying to push. I'll get it regardless (love the series, my inner child prevails!), but I think it would have been nice to implement some new ideas in the game rather then just changing the map (that's what it seams like to me). I could be wrong and there could be some sweet new features, but I doubt it.
The only thing I can think of is change the moves she has to actually use so that she is more limited in her use of the attacks (of course...then you won;t have those attacks...). That's all I can think of though :/
What do you think the next major non-handheld Mario game will be? Another Galaxy game, or a completely different theme? Since it's going to be on the WiiU it will probably be something completely different (new playing style using the screen), but it could also work with the Galaxy planet theme. I hope it's something new myself.
Definitely the Ancient Cistern, it just has so much depth and meaning to it. Has anyone else read the article on zeldadungeon.net about this dungeon? It's based on Japanese a short story. I thought that was pretty interesting.
