ok so now i pressed the restart the game option and nothing happened. my saves are still there, but it didnt restart the game like most updates do, am i doing something wrong?

or does this just mean the game will restart as in load up again?

So im right before the last mission in the regular story and soi downloaded the broken steel dlc, when it was done i get a message that says because of new content i have to restart, does this mean i have to restart the WHOLE game!?
