Action T.V. Series Starring....Me?

Whats up everybody! First time blogger here so extend me some leniency if you will. Thank you. The main topic of this is not me though, the main event here is an action T.V. show starring me! Didn't make any sense you say? It did. Don't believe me? Just watch.

I may be late to the game to talk about this, but it is one of the most epic things I have ever done in my life! For those who don't understand I am talking about Battlefield Hardline. I bought the game yesterday because I am in this drought of games. I know the forecast for June is lots and lots and lots of rain (a.k.a. games!) I bought the game then put it in my PlayStation 4 and casually waited for it to download while talking with a friend about the game itself. He said how the campaign is so fun and how it is almost like Netflix with the play next episode and all that stuff. I got excited and jumped the gun started playing the prologue before the game was fully downloaded. The next thing I know I was on episode four having to wait for the next episode like a kid waiting for Christmas morning to come so he can open all the gifts!

To give you perspective I have never played Battlefield ever in my life. Never even saw gameplay of any Battlefield. This is honest to Judge Judy truth! Its crazy I know. Besides the refreshing feel of gameplay other than Call of Duty I want to talk mostly about the campaign. I have not played the multiplayer at all, but the story line of this game and the set up of it was in my opinion phenomenal!

What I look for in a game, any game, I play is that I am more awesome than who I am in real life! I play sports games to be the best athlete ever in the history of NBA, NHL, Madden, or MLB. I don't play games to be average. If I play a shooter game I want to be like Jack Bauer, James Bond, Ethan Hunt, or Scarface! Its all about being in a scenario I would more than likely not be in in my real life. The story of this game nails this in two ways. First, it makes you feel like you are in a T.V. show, and who wouldn't want to be in a T.V. show? Secondly, it makes you an indestructible(more like respawnable), angry, vengeful, and super beastly cop! You get to know what it is like to have those skills that we heard Liam Neeson talk about having in the movie Taken! The character you get to be is so cool. I know that word seems vague, but I use it in its purest form of the word. He is the definition of cool. Not James Dean cool, but Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible cool, or Jake Gyllenhaal in End of Watch. He is tough, rugged, and a little closed off, but has these burst of personal information that are actually untimely. If it was a real T.V. show they would need a new script writer, but truly the story and plot itself is so fun! The twists and turns are really great. I love the characters and how they are introduced when they make their first of appearance.

In a basic conclusion, this game isn't amazing for its gameplay, multiplayer, or guns, but for its wonderful graphics and story line! I am not saying this is one of the best stories ever made. I am talking for a first person shooter game that has online play and is a short story in comparison to many other story mode games out there they did a superb job at making a action packed, thrilling, and realistic yet T.V. show like story. They nailed a very fun, intense, short story that satisfies that feeling you need as a man or woman who dreams of being the ultimate B.A. action star like I do.
