Well... it's Official. The new Expansion to World of War craft is called Cataclysm. The ideas are fresh the money and time invested is there and practically anything can happen. But this is my thoughts on the new Updates. Azaroth and Kalimdor changes: The Ideas placed into the new makeover of the land looks Very nice and a Idea i did not expect. in good ways and bad. The new look fits the idea and a change is ALWAYS good. But when people join the game and try to level up from one to 85 won't be easy as far as I can think of due to the only way around the cracks is to walk around. Ogrimar is having a sexy new makeover to fit in with the new wrath of the litch king skin which looks FANTASTIC and will please everyone and give the Horde a good feeling and to be even prouder to stand in a city which is not made of twigs and mud. New classes: I LOVE the new race ideas. There was talk of Goblin classes for a long time but the one of the alliance none had a idea for until now. Worgen race was totally unexpected but is totally backed up with a Lore story AND a city for the Alliance which I'm VERRY pleased about since Ogrimar is getting a new make over Changes to stats: The removal of such stats: Attack power. spell power and armour perching is VERRY unexpected and will Cause some panic and confinement when it is replaced as people will need to re qip there classes and ideas on what their class needs Changes to classes and new race selections: The new changes to class and racial ideas are quite small in comparison with what has already been released with the rest of the expansion. The Highlights of the night was Goblins ability to make and use allot of Utility abilities and the Ability for a Tauren to be a paladin. (Mostly the Rping community was angered with the tauren changes) Level Cap: I HATE the idea of 85. Why not 90? Then go to 100?... one of the best parts of having a new expansion is levelling and it's one o the most fun as most of the time with new raids its hard to get a group in certain realms. I understand there was more released and more Highlights on the night but the above is what I thought stood out to me and what would affect me more than others.
