looks pretty nice. I would go with a q8300 2.5ghz its a little bit cheaper and basically should be the same performance and it should be cooler and use less power since its 45nm instead of the q6600 65nm.

Theres a huge amount of dvdrw drives avalible now there all the same and are really cheap now just pick your favourite brand.

he said it looks like vista basic not that it is vista basic i cant say ive ever had tihs problem maybe it something to do with your graphics driver.

I really think it is stupid to make a tempory build its always a good time to buy a new pc since new stuff is always coming out trying to future proof is pointless but if u really want to do this id just go with wat ever is cheaper
