Thanks to everyone that gavetheir comments my first blog.....but to tell like i said its just a disappointment cause now i'm in same boat as anyone that just but an Xbox and wants to trade.....talk about $80 only trade in value of core system and add on value for accessories.....lucky i have a buyer for my recent purchase.....thanks for the tip to sale friends.....at least ill get some of my lost cash back to help purchase a new system.....just not $80 for a trade now that sucks.....if anyone is up for a good game or a online buddy just hit me up....Xbox live gamertag:xxWolverine81xx ..... Man talk about something i would like to own, the New Xbox360.Since now it just made my recently purchased Elite a disappointment. Not only do i not get to enjoy the fact i just spent the money on replacing my failing but trusting first xbox360, that i have had to repair on my own to make through the last few years of enjoyable game play. I could care less that the red ring would kill it sometime soon, which it did when Halo 3came.Then the years of repair and fun came out of it. FinallyXbox put out something iwas positive on getting and excited to put forth more money to replacing my current for something new.My purchase was more then a month and a half ago, i got to enjoy some gameplay out of my elite andnowas a customer of Microsoft im quite upset. Why, reason being that now my recently purchasedElite and new harddrive as well cost me some money. Not only will i lose out my pocket,but companieslike GameStop, (Sorry not to bash but thats the firstcompany that came to mindso lets be real) will earn even more money from those recent purchases thanks to there trading gimics. Example: i just spent $300 on my elite w/120gig HD and $130 on a 250gig HD...I just spent close to $500 which would include tax as well for my area. Now cause of the recent release of the New Xbox360 the value of my recent purchase drops, my interest is now the NEW setup. Now i want to return my Elite but there is a problem. Knowing of what Gamestops programs are like, man i'm about to lose quite a bit out of my $500 purchase and i'm gonna have to fork out the cash to cover the difference just to get my hands on the new product.
