well i have a am2 athlon 64x2 5800+ 3.8ghz pc with 2 nvidia geforce fx 8800 gpu graphic cards with windows vista premium and windows vista ultimate and i have exactly 126 legit pc games and so far 117 of them have worked no problem windows vista is not a remake of MAC and never will be it had been in development for over 4 years and belive me if it wanted to copy of mac then it would list obvious things and reasons for why it had done so people may say that it has copied some ideas from the mac but thats aload off bull as from when has mac had Microsoft internet explorer 7 with tabbed browsing with advanced protection since when has mac had Microsoft windows media player 11 (or previous) i mean fair enough mac might be a little more stable than windows xp but there isn't a operating system out (and there most probly ever wont be) thats as stable as windows vista because i have had windows vista on my 2 pcs now since the release date and before the release date i had the beta's on my pc's and i have not had a single bug, error, crash, driver conflict application error or nothing since i started with windows vista beta 1 soo what i am basicly saying is dont take the mick outta windows vista untill you have it installed on your pc and and untill you have used all of the powerfull features that it contains and for all those windows xp/vista fans you go and get windows vista and install it because you will be surprised in what it contains you might have seen screenshots and think ahh its crap but you have to experience it yourself first sooo goo microsoft and goo windows vista and too all mac os owners go back to your crap operating system and try and compete with something else less mighty
H i all i have just been looking at the games that are vista compatible and i couldn't help notice that it says that RISE OF NATIONS is not compatible it says on here that the game loads up, shows the introductory video, but then crashes back to the desktop i have a NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTX XXX Edition 768MB gDDR3 graphics card installed so anyway i went and bought windows vista ultimate today and i installed it and i then installed RISE OF NATIONS and i ran the game and it worked fine the only problem is that the sound on the game is jumpy and i checked my sound card and it was all working correctly as i had music playing so the game oes work for me on windows vista ultimate and therefore must work with windows vista afterall i can pove what i am saying if you want evidence of the game working on windows vista
