[QUOTE="wrdog"]

I'd say that 1980's Rush music is more "nerd" rock.

I'd say you were wrong.

Allright maple leafs, What do you consider "nerd rock" to be?

I have an old PC from 2005, the onboard sound card is no longer recognized by the motherboard for somereason. I would like to get something just to have some sound, something cheap nothing fancy.

Also, If anyone could suggest a possible fix for the sound problem, that would be appreciated.

I went to the control panel, went to the Sounds and Audio Devices icon and it states that there is "No Audio Device". I am using Windows XP
