Great classic online BF action makes up for woeful over-produced SP campaign and the spyware you need to install.
Firstly I'd like to say the spyware on this game is shocking. The amount of software, sign ins , plugins and accounts required to play this game is ridiculous. We desperately need amendments to the DPL in the US and EU t... Read Full Review

Fun SP or MP...but boring career mode and it's very expensive for what it is.
I have RB1 and RB2 plus several downloaded tunes with guitar, drums and mic. Well it's RockBand really what else is there to say. It's fun playing with mates or online and great for actually learning to play the drums. ... Read Full Review

Great atmosphere and storyline but too many tedious 'go get this' missions and 'chopped' content to sell addons.
Fallout 3 clearly is Oblivion but with guns. This is not to say it's crap, far from it. Combat is better than Oblivion but the missions seem far more tedious. There are far too many missions take you into the depths of a... Read Full Review

The thinking mans Sim City but let down by dated graphics, gameplay and presentation.
Well being the first to review this game I suppose it's up to me to give a full comprehensive run down. A-Train has been around for many years (I think I remember playing it on the Amiga) and basically is a spin off f... Read Full Review

Single player is woefully short with far too many grenade deaths and respawning enemies. Multiplayer not as good as COD4
COD5 potentially would have been one of the greatest WW2 games ever. The story line is excellent and you really do feel part of the squads in them. It has atmosphere and really draws you in. Some battles are epic and can... Read Full Review

A seriously addictive immersive game, everything that Civ4 should have been. A great addition to the Total War series.
I have to say this was one of the most surprising games I have ever played. After playing Rome Total War and finding it a little tedious I purchased this on a whim because it was cheap. Now after 200+ hours of game pla... Read Full Review

The best multiplayer game ever and almost certainly in the top 5 greatest games of all time.
Quite simply a revelation when introduced in 1999. No other online FPS comes close to the popularity on this game over that time. Although the online game is riddled with cheats now the single player vs bots on source st... Read Full Review

Adds more to the COH game but the campaigns are disappointing.
I loved the original but as far as add-ons go this one is okay. The Brits and German forces are good but not as fun to play or easy to play with as the US troops but of course they add something to the original game alth... Read Full Review

Fantastic well balanced RTS with a good variety of campaigns but computer players have problems in skirmish mode.
Great graphics, well balanced and immersive campaign mode if a little short. There are many strategies you can use to defeat the enemy and no 'easiest way' to do things like many RTS games. Using cover and buildings brin... Read Full Review

Good in places bad in others BUT to save a game you have to be connected to Live!!! WTF? Damn you MS!
Well I'll just cut to the chase: poor gun choice, poor gun dynamics theres no recoil or 'weight' to them, poor variety of enemy, poor driving-vehicle levels, grenade throwing is too slow, enemy spawns on top of you, ally... Read Full Review

The Sims with an RPG element rather than RPG with a Sims element like the original. It's 2 easy and 2 short.
WOW what hype! Probably the most disappointing game I've ever played (due to the hype) and actually worse than the awesome Fable 1 simply because it's far too easy and far too short. The developers really lost their way... Read Full Review

Buggy, unfinished and still flawed. Great multiplayer at the expensive of single player fun and def not worth £40.
Okay so it's probably the best footy game on the market now. EA have achieved that by copying everything about the PES gameplay in fact im not sure how they can get away with it without PES at least trying to sue them. ... Read Full Review

M/soft have annoyingly turned a great def/strat RTS into an offensive RTS for the sake of online playability.
AOE has always been about defence and offense. As a 'defensive player' in RTS games I used to love sticking aoe2 on hard and fighting 3 npc at once building huge forts on cliff tops to repel them. You can't do that anymo... Read Full Review

Titan Quest is well made with wicked scenery and enemies but suffers from some serious gameplay flaws.
The GOOD: One of the best features of this game is how good the scenery looks (on a geforce8600 C2Duo). It's certainly one of the few games I remember that I've looked into the distance from a cliff with cascading waterf... Read Full Review

A highly enjoyable city sim game with great depth but lacks a little involvement once you learn the ropes.
Having never played a Tropico game before I didn't know what to expect in this game. I played the demo, enjoyed it and so bought the game. I have found it incredibly enjoyable, sometimes too easy and also slightly frustr... Read Full Review

Even the tedious driving missions can't dampen a magnificent game with a superb storyline.
If you played Knights of the Old Republic then you'll recognise the mechanics and engine immediately. In ME they've taken all what's best about that game and put it in a 3rd Person shooter that is incredibly fun and chal... Read Full Review

I've tried to love this game but AI is hideous and there's more bugs than a week old turd.
Having loved OPF I was itching to play this and looking at the equipment, vehicles and aircraft looked pretty awesome. The graphics are okay but I wouldn't expect awesome graphics when the maps are this big. Anyway my... Read Full Review

Horrendous bugs, dated gameplay and a woeful plotline let down what would have been a huge immersive game experience.
This game has some fantastic elements that could have made it a great RPG . It's engine is good (except the bugs but I'll get on to that later) with good graphics, artwork and effects. The inventory system is easy to use... Read Full Review

Incredibly immersive and detailed but you lose far too much if you die.
