I have been pretty bored with my 360, and wii latley. So dreamcast is once again back in my life. That means hours upon hours of shenmue. The other day though I stopped at my local gamestop to pick up Shenmue 2 for 6 bucks, but while I was looking around I saw something. Max Payne 2(xbox) $1.49. So I kind of grabbed it for the hell of it. I'd some memory of it from years ago but didn't get a huge oppritunity to play it. I didn't even intend to play it that much. But I put it in when I got back and WOW! I was so amazed and couldn't stop playing. Max Payne 2 is such an amazing game to play, good graphics, great story, great music, and my favorite, awesome gunplay(although I did like Mona) . I was shellshocked!!! Forget halo 3 or Gutair hero .After about four days I finished the game and I wasn't disapointed a bit. But who couldve thought an xbox game from 2003 would still be so much fun know. So many memories, at the cost of $1.49. Now that's what gaming is about!!!
Max Payne 2 is a great game that I think alot of people missed for whatever reason. I highly suggest you go get your hands on a copy. I have the xbox version which IS backwards compatible with 360, though I'm sure the PS2 and PC versions are great to. A message I'm trying to give is, we live in a day where MS or Sony beg you to buy Halo, Mass effect or Metal gear. Not to rip on those good games, but that not where it's at. GO to a gamestop or store that sells old games and look around and you'll find a good game. I made a great memory with Max Payne 2, it cost me a buck and a half. It will cost you a drive to a store.
PS: I am saddend to hear about Jeff Gertsman, I have been seeing his stuff for years and will miss him. He has my best
