Well it's not such a Happy 4th of July for the McNair Family, Former Tennessee Titan QB, Steve McNair has died today, from a bad gun shot wound, I do feel sorry for him and his family.

But now on to me I have a horrible Ear ache, today, and have tried the Heating pad, and mostly everything else you can think of, but I think this ear ache is from me cleaning my ears too much, but I don't really know for sure.

I know what everyone reading this is thinking, first his Seizure, and now this, I will be ok.

But I do hope everyone is doing fine on this beautiful 4th of July.

I think this coming week is going to be great week for anything, but other then that I hope everyone has a nice Weekend.
