My 360 keeps locking up and the screen freezes. Can anyone help with this? I have reset the cache and reformatted the HD and I am still having the problem. No red lights come on, it just freezes up and has to be shut down. Please help.

P.S. Called MS and they didn't have an answer for me? Told me I had to pay to get it fixed. I thought there was a three yr warranty?

Thanks for the posts...The Microsoft Agent told me on the phone that the system is out of warranty? I had my last system sent in in June so I should still be covered. I am not a fake COW what ever that is. I am having real issues with my system and it is frustrating. I guess I will call support back and ask them about the three year warranty.
