Too many snipers who sit there and do nothing but wait 10 minutes for a headshot. It's amazing with a team of 16 players on Rush and someone plants a charge, only 2 team members try to disarm it while the other 14 wonder what that alarm noise is.... The game also needs auto-balance teams on PC. Too many sore losers switch teams when the start to lose so it ends up 20vs12.

The game still isn't out yet. I think we should wait until then to decide.

[QUOTE="xGUMBERCULESx"]I really don't find Bad Company 2 and Modern Warfare 2 to be all that comparable. It takes a different gameplay style for both. Bad Company 2 is definitely more of a tactical FPS, whether you play Rush or Conquest and I find MW2 to have less tactical gameplay and more twitch shooter elements. Depends which you prefer, they're both good games.kittyloaf69

You can't NOT compare two of the biggest FPS's on the market right now. It's silly not to compare them especially because if you consider the following situation: IF you only have enough money for one FPS, you're too choices right now will most liekly be between BF:BC2 and MW2. They may be very different, yet they aren't anywhere close to beyond comparison. When two things are competing for your money it's just stupid to not compare them.

I did compare them... Do you prefer tactical and team-based FPS and run and gun twitchy FPS? If you can only afford one, take your pick.

I'm COMING SARAH! YOUR HERO IS COMING TO SAVE YOUUUUU!

Who ever wrote Snow's dialog needs to be gut punched. And what's up with that? Sarah looked like a pre-teen.

Kashiwaba

Snow + Hope + Vanille I felt like choking them during the game :P.

I liked Snow. For the first half of the game, I thought Lightning was a complete *****, and Hope is just a wuss. Vanille needs to be hit though, definitely.

In Final Fantasy XIII you can develop your characters however you like, there is not set party for the best tactics in the game as any character can develop on any path. You can develop your equipment to better suit your needs as you progress in the game. So what if FFXIII doesn't have a world map or wide open exploration until late in the game. Action adventure tends not to have turn based battle styles also, unlike FFXIII which is still quite turn based. FFXIII is clearly an RPG.

Fine, seven words: The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time

jethrovegas

Not an RPG

Neither is FFXIII.

Don't quote me on it, but I'm pretty sure FFXIII has been classified as an RPG the world over.

13 hours in, or whatever you said, really isn't enough to get properly into the battle system or the story for that matter. I'll admit, the introduction to the battle system was a tad long but the battles in the later game do get really tough. At most points it's just stupid to even consider pressing Auto Battle. Even some of the regular battles can take just as much tactics as large boss battles.

This game will definitely sell systems I think. The Halo franchise is insanely popular. Won't market the console quite aswell as Halo 3 did. People who are hyped up for this game probably already bought the system for Halo 3.

Metro 2033 (DirectX9, aka not maxed out):

RyuRanVII
Even on DirectX9 it looks incredible. I have to play this game after I upgrade... Don't think my GTX 260 is gonna cut it anymore.

Gotta agree with almost everyone else and say platformers. I loved Mario 64. Definitely my favourite.
