I honestly don't see much wrong in charging for extra features, BUT if MS is really trying to make the next big thing in entertainment/gaming/tv, then why would they limit their services to people with internet/fast internet? What if i have crappy internet and don't want a Gold, so why cant I use some of the coolest features that this "system of the future" is capable of? :/
@Darknight765 Your mistaken, this article is just adding to the list that Microsoft is requiring a $60 yearly Gold Membership to access. PSN will be $50 a year and is only required to play games online and does not restrict features. Im no fanboy, i will be getting both consoles, just stating the facts

Both PS4 and Xbox One allow you to share games with your friends (it's actually easier and more flexible on the Xbox One)."
