Jonathan Blow wanted to put Braid on PSN but Sony wasn't interested , so the clever people at MS contacted him and put it on 360. Not going to Wii because it won't fit on the internal memory. Stupid Nintendo cutting corners with hardware, shooting themselves in the head.
WiiWare was right out, because their size limit (due to lack of storage on the console) is way too small for Braid. I talked to some folks at Sony but they were not interested in carrying the game. Later on I talked to someone from a different division who *was* interested, but by then I had signed with Microsoft and started the XBLA port.

I haven't talked to Sony in a long time. In principle I would not mind releasing Braid on PSN somehow, but (1) Sony would have to be interested in the game, and I have no idea if that would be the case, (2) a lot of work would have to be done on the game, (3) some contractual issues would have to expire.
There's a possibility it would happen, but realistically speaking, it would be in late 2009, or 2010.
