i heard somewhere that it has english subtitles.

my friend is on vacation in singapore, and since its already released there, i told him to buy me a copy, but i have a couple of questions regarding the asian version:

1- is the voice acting in japanese, and does ithave english subtitles?

2- how much does it cost?. i know that it should cost more than 60$

3- will the american version have some extras?

4- would NTSC/J work on my NTSC 360? (i would be frustrated if blue dragon doesnt work)
