Well, I plan on getting a new update soon, but I'm able to run everything on the market with 2 gigs of ram, and I'm pretty satisfied with it. That being said, I think I'll get an upgrade soon for future games.
I run UT3 at 60 fps at all max settings with 2 gigs of ram and an 8600. Rather perplexing.
EDIT: My bad, I run it on 1280 x 1024.

Missing a lot of stuff, still working on adding everything.
3D games on the GBA are very hit and miss. 2 psuedo 3D games that I remember are Star Wars: Jedi Power Battles and Star Wars: The Flight of the Falcon.
Flight of the Falcon was an awful space shooter, Jedi Power Battles was a pretty decent handhelp beatemup.
Also, if I remember correctly, Mario Pinball had a bit of a 3D look going for it, and I remember that being a great pinball game for on the go.
I recently got my PS2 set up as a supplement to my 360. I'm an FPS fan, so the first games I tried online were Call of Duty 3 and Battlefield 2: Modern Combat. Both of these games had small, but dedicated and friendly communities that were very kind to a newbie like me. Killzone was hit and miss. Sometimes I ended up playing a fun match, but for the majority of times, the community really ruined. I would avoid Cold Winter at all costs for the same reason.
Another game that I've been hearing about is Area 51. I haven't tried the online, so I can't comment either way, but from what I've heard, it had a similar community to COD3 and BF2:MC. I Have no idea if that community is still around.
EA: Terrible sports games rushed out the door, draconian drm, the buying out of Bioware/Pandemic, Bullfrog, etc.
Midway for turning their arcade sports games into lousy simulators, and then turning Blitz into an embarassing games that reminds me of the XFL.
Lucasarts for not making another game in the Jedi Knight series, for rushing potentially fantastic games such as Force Unleashed and KOTOR 2.
