1. Halo Trilogy (xbox, xbox 360) - Hopefully, I won't get stuck on the island until Halo 3 is released, and I could play Halo all day, and then go online (nothing said about no internet) and play Halo 2 and Halo 3. 2. Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion (xbox 360) - enough said; this game can keep you entertained forever just trying to do all of the different quests 3. Resident Evil 4 (gc) - again, enough said; you can play The Mercenaries all day long, but it's just as much fun to play with the infinite ammo weapons and decimate everthing around you - muuhahahaha! and it's true, for the first time in history a gamecube version is better than a ps2 version!!!!! 4. Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords (xbox) - This game can take you a long time to finish, and there are a dozen different ways to play it - that should be useful in taking up some time. 5. Super Metriod (snes) - This was the first game that really got me into games - i played Mario bros. 3 and others, but I was pretty young - this one started me on the path to the "dark side" (as everyone around me calls it), but I just call it old fashioned fun!!!
These have to be five of the best games of all time (in my opinion) 1. HALO 2 (Xbox)- no brainer; if you don't know why Halo 2 is great, you're definitely not a gamer. 2. RESIDENT EVIL 4 (GC)- This game fixed everything that was wrong with previous RE games and showed the world that the GameCube could compete with the Xbox and the PS2; no Xbox or PS2 game that year could even come close to it (in my opinion). 3. SUPER METROID (SNES)- This was one of the games that really got me into video games, and it helped to spawn the Metroid Prime series - one of the best game series on the GameCube. 4. GOLDENEYE (N64)- This, in my opinion, is the game that really got the first-person shooter franchise going. I remember spending hours with friends playing the "Stack" level with everything from mines to rocket launchers - this is one that every N64 owner remembers. 5. THE ELDER SCROLLS IV: OBLIVION (X360)- If these games were the past, this is a game of the future. Never has a game come out that keeps you going with so much content that looks so good. This is a game that even RPG haters could really get into (my friend is proof of this - he hates RPGs), and now it's paving the way for a lot more to come. These are games that are coming soon that I believe will be great. 1. Halo 3 (X360) 2. FEAR (X360) - it's already great on the PC 3. Metroid Prime 3 (Wii) 4. Assassin's Creed (PS3) 5. God of War 2 (PS2)
