Yeah, it would. Even then, the graphics aren't that bad, especially with the HDR on the first level. Take a look at a Multiplayer Screenshot that i did (i know its doctored, but i don't care.)
Lol you didn't take this picture its an old pic from the beta you can tell from the visors on the spartans.
Oh and i think reach will be a somewhat leap from Halo 3 and ODST but not a huge one.
