Ok, I was playing my 360 when it made this short buzzing noise and froze, when I try to restart it, it just does the same thing before it gets to the dashboard. To me, this seems like it's broke, so I have two questions:

1. Is it broke?

2. If it was made in November of 05, do I still have to pay for the repair?
