The saga continues as the latest installment of the Saw series takes a horrifying twist.

Movie: Saw IV, 2007

Led by SWAT commander Lieutenant Rigg, (Lyriq Bent) police discover more of Jigsaw's victims. Rigg is distraught after discovering one of the victims is one of his friends Detective Kerry.(Dina Meyer) Rigg becomes so upset that he decides to go home and take some time off to cope with the lost. When Rigg gets home, he's attacked and knocked unconscious by an unknown assailant. Rigg wakes up only to discover he's still in his apartment, but Jigsaw has left a video message for him on the television. The tape informs Rigg that he has 90 minutes to save Detective Eric Matthews (Donnie Wahlberg) and Detective Hoffman (Castos Mandylor) from a trap they're both placed in. The tape then says that in order to truly save Eric and Hoffman he will have to see, feel, and save just like Jigsaw. In other words Rigg will encounter many people placed in traps but he must view them as subjects that have not apperciated their life and have instead caused suffering amongst society, if he does this will get closer to finding and saving Eric and Hoffman. Jigsaw wants Rigg to give up his obsession with trying to save everyone from danger, if he gives up his obsession he will truly save Eric and Hoffman. With limited time and two friends lives at stake, Rigg must get through to the tests and beat Jigsaw's sick game.
