Ok, if you've ever played star fox, at one point, Peppy (The fat bunny) tells you to quote, "Do a barrel role! (Press Z or R twice)"

It's just a random internet quote, like Dan Forden's "TOASTY!" or pretty much any line from Resedent Evil 1 and the Zelda CDI games.

So if you ever here it again, I sugjest you tell them to USE THE BOOST TO GET THROUGH!
