I would really love to at least try it. But sadly, i am broke, my 360 has red ringed, and i cant be bothered to send it in to Microsoft for the third time...
Drugs are not legal, despite the topic title. They are decriminalized, but still illegal. I still see all distribution being handled by the criminals.

I know man, that's why the government needs to take initiative and regulate substances so that they can blow a big hole in the cartels pockets... Yeah, thats why overall i don;t think this will be anywhere near as effective as it is in Portugal. There isn't a major gang problem there, so the objective of the decriminalization was to actually lower the amount of users and give people real help with their addictions rather than prison sentences. In Mexico, the government needs to regulate sales and undercut the cartels, and we should be helping them.
I don't know how the States are going to react to this move, but i don't think that we are going to like it. They need to suck it up and get over there, because i agree, they do need our help.
