The Wii Zapper is compatible with a number of other games. Third-party titles designed to support the Wii Zapper include Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles, Ghost Squad, Medal of Honor: Heroes 2, The House of the Dead 2 & 3 Return, Call of Duty: World at War, Wild West Guns and Quantum of Solace. Not to mention that the commercials broadcast in Canada, advertising Call of Duty for the Wii, showed two people playing the game, both with Zappers. Now this does beg the question as to why it's so hard to find a stand-alone zapper without the bundled game. I have yet to find any stores online that offer it as a stand-alone unit.
