This is the first game to actualy use DX10 so it isnt going to be extreme, just like DX9 its taken till like the end of DX9 for devs to use it fully

Windows Vista isnt bad its got lower fps becuase its got DX10 which has more effects which intern will lower the fps so rly its not bad at all.
