Yet another photography contest...

Since the international photography result is still pending, I received a consolidation prize for a photo contest organized specially to celebrate my country 49th Independence day.

Well, I'm quite satisfied with the result and is currently plannning to participate for the 50th anniversary coming soon.  :)

:lol: I am so thrilled!!! So excited!!! So...out of breath!!!

I received a letter from The International Library of Photography a few days ago mentioning that my picture is selected to be in the final competing for the International Open Amateur Photography Contest to be held in the Fall of 2006!

What's more, they are requesting to publish my photograph in their forthcoming antology scheduled for publication in the Winter of 2007!

God! I'm gonna get a copy of this photography collection. Really look forward to seeing the book and the work of other photographers from around the world. Can't wait! :oops:

Never expect this photo to go far as I have had my doubts choosing the right picture to submit since there's only one allowed. Anyhow, it did and I'm grateful. Ahh...In case you are wondering which picture was selected, take a look below.
